Some Patient Feedback

"I highly recommend Cody to anyone needing physio treatment."

I had a recommendation to see Cody at the Oakville clinic for treatment on my back. When I started, I could hardly move. Cody was able to quickly assess my problems and after a few sessions, I was able to move freely and resume my normal activities. Cody set me up with ongoing exercises to maintain my back health. I highly recommend Cody to anyone needing physio treatment. ~ Bruce Fraser

" I had a very good experience here at iMove."

I had a very good experience here at iMove. Mike is a great physiotherapist who opened my eyes to a full body approach of physiotherapy emphasizing on movement and function. He was very good at explaining how connected connected our body is and that it wasn't just a shoulder problem! ~ A WL

"Kyle has been amazing and really helping us with our movement "

Both my husband and I go to iMovie Oakville and we see Kyle. He has been amazing and really helping us with our movement and keeping us going. He has really helped us with our golf swing. Frequently Asked Questions

What Happens If I Don't Have Coverage?

Some patients do pay out-of-pocket for therapy. Physiotherapy fees paid directly by a patient are tax free and qualify as a medical write-off for income tax purposes.

We provide only the therapy you need, and we will empower you to supplement your in-clinic care with a self-managed home care program.
We accept most major credit cards, debit, and cash.  Insured or not, we will work to help make your therapy accessible and affordable.

How many treatments will my child need?

Number of treatments depends on your child's condition and the severity of injury. Everyone responds differently to their type of treatment, but you will know on day 1, before you leave, what is suggested.

What happens on your child's first visit?

Your child will be thoroughly assessed by a highly trained, licensed physiotherapist. Treatments are to be done on subsequent visits.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Bring your insurance information (if planning to have insurance cover TX, your doctor's note (if you have one), wear comfortable (loose fitting) clothing, and a big smile.

Is a doctor's referral necessary?

A doctor’s referral isn't necessary, but in rare cases, our physiotherapist may need you to see your doctor to get further testing done. Note that some extended insurance may require doctor’s referral to get reimbursements for physiotherapy as well.

What should they wear?

Comfortable, loose fitting clothing is suggested as specific areas in the body are subject for evaluation and treatment. For instance, if the issue is on their knee then it’s better to wear shorts or loose fitting pants that can be rolled up.

What age range of children do you provide treatment for?

We provide treatment for children aged 10 years and above. Our specialized physiotherapy services are tailored to meet the unique needs of children in this age group, ensuring comprehensive care and support for their physical well-being.
